The amount of growth we have seen at Phoenix through seven years has had a huge contribution from our manufacturing unit. It is designed to create new products every day and in bulk to meet the increasing demands from our customers. We have been able to cater to bigger batches of clothing and created well-finished garments because of the state of the art manufacturing facility. Everything happens there and all the magic that you see in our finished pieces is done in the same factory. Phoenix takes pride in the fact that our orders have been delivered timely and efficiently through all these years.
A lot of support to our business comes from the staff that we have who is constantly working at the facility to generate new designs and better results with every new piece of clothing. It is actively run by a group of young individuals, along with experienced members of our organisation. All the machinery that is there inside the facility has been chosen and curated by our personnel to make sure production is quick and efficient. The sewing, cutting and even pressing machines are very much capable of producing defect-free garments on time. A lot of time is saved because we don’t have to redo the pieces constantly.
Along with catering to products in bulk, the manufacturing facility is also able to look after creating a wide variety of products at the same time. Everything from trousers, t-shirts, jeans etc. are made in the same facility at the same time. We have designed it in a way that the machines are able to produce more in less time. This has helped us build a strong customer base in less amount of time that we have been running the unit.
